Taking a look at the late filing that AZNT made last August 13.

Anybody care to read along?

There was no box checked in Section II. There was no commitment as to when the delay in the filing of the form was to be remedied. But then neither was the box checked that there would be undue expenses or effort required to remedy the reason for not filing.

Then we get to Section III.
THE COMPANY IS AWAITING A DETERMINATION FROM THE SEC IN REGARDS TO TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION. THEREFORE, UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE DETERMINATION IS MADE BY THE SEC, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FINALIZE THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT.

There is a mind numbing reversal of putting the blame for their not filing on the SEC itself. My dog took my homework.

Now Section IV:
Have all other periodic reports required under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Section 30 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 during the preceding 12 months or for such shorter period that the registrant was required to file such report(s) been filed? If the answer is no, identify report(s).
[ ] Yes [X] No

But where is the list of reports? Tsk. Tsk.

Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?
[ ] Yes [ ] No

If so attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made.

What no box checked? No explanation. No significant changes? Surely you jest Michael. Or is this evasion?
