Yes it is true. All you have to do is pull up the SEC reports.

If one stops and thinks, why does a company go public in the first place?

Also, NSKY has no current debt. Yes, that is correct. NO CURRENT DEBT.

How does one expect to pay the light bill, gas bill, office expense, keep the coffe hot, wine and dine potential private investors to finance a $50 million dollar project.

Oh, yes, we must not forget that Leonard Shapiro is not working for free. I am sure he has been issued a few shares and if he get's $50 million dollar budget on "Hell Candidate", he is worth every penny.

NSKY is ready to ROCK-N-ROLL and at .03 another 100 million shares is only $ 3 million dollars. Those 100 million shares haven't even been added to the float. They will be used for expenses and used for individuals services.

$3 million dollars over the next year will be chump change for NSKY.
