What we are seeing here, I believe, is the start of a bull
run of the semi-related stocks. It will be slow but steady
as evidenced by the way Intel moves in recent sessions.
The bearishness among analysts have basically peaked out and
this signals a real bottom. As soon as any positive news on
demand comes up such as suggested by LSI yesterday, the
market will move decidedly upward.
