BB: I'm not a bear, even short-term, any more

I issued a strong buy on AMAT early this month as it sunk below 26.

Someone said they can't tell the difference between me and Brian any longer. It's easy: he's the consistent one: bullish at 24, 34, 44, and 54.

Have you noticed that analysts are still cutting AMAT's earnings forecasts, but they've started to increase EPS forecasts for INTC? I'll bet, if someone could collect the data and crunch the numbers, they'd find that those times (when semi forward earnings are being revised upward, but semi-equips are still being revised down) turn out to be good times to buy semi-equips. Anyone remember the sequence and timing of events in 1996?
