IMHO the letter was very professional and addressed the key issues at RCOM, that is, the lack of performance and the lack of an adequate business plan. They need to reocus, but will still take the Smart Card market. At what point has their business plan seemed clear or viable?

Good start, expect to see more. Put the rubber on the road.
