Poor John!!! How can you let faith in the accuracy of that one book close your mind to reality. If you had any reason at all you can see how easy it would be for a government to establish a book of rules if you were not allowed to question under the penalty of death. That is exactly what Rome did to stop the Pharissee sect from rebelling against slavery. It is all history and if I were you I should consider at least doing a little research of my own before I closed my mind to the real truth. Please refrain from quoting me scripture. I can assure you I well aware of the bible KJV. I have studied to perceive how cleverly El Marcus (Mark) was written using half truth of previous religions mainly the mythraism prevalent in that time and area. Your bible is a prime example of plagiarism of myth. This can be proved by facts etched in the tombs of Egypt with every thing in the jesus story the same.
