David--
Am in full accord, for what it's worth. Much as I love X stocks, Xircom is, how shall I put it??, well....exponentially poopy. If someone held a knife to my throat, well, hey, I'd choose to buy the competition, who last time I heard (which I confess was a while ago; haven't been keeping up properly) was PROX. Poor PROX has had an absolutely filthy time of it lately, what with the failed merger and all, but as far as I know their products are far superior to Xircoms'.
Have I lost my mind? Not, as you know, a techie.
