tony, everyone is telling me how the fed doesn't really mean what the fed says. they say it is "fed speak." the fact they interpret it in the direction of their self interest is utterly lost on them ;-) you are at least savvy enough to know the man means what he says. not many are... tony, all hostilities aside, what do you feel is the risk/reward of lgnd at current levels? on a more gen'l note, what do you think about the risk/reward of all bios as they have been sinking deeper in the toilet in lock step.
