Here is my understanding of Bollinger Bands and RSI:
When the price is touching or above the BB and RSI is above 70, you keep the stock. It is a continuing trend. You sell only at the point in time when RSI crosses 70 going south.

As to a buy signal, When the price is rising and RSI crossed at 30 going North, that is a buy signal

What is important is: the RSI crossing 30 towards north as a buy signal and RSI crossing 70 towards south as sell signal. Your input is appreciated.
