Cliff.. I just happy to find out they can now AFFORD someone to answer the phone. Uh oh.. maybe they outsourced that to save money! I wish I knew before they talked with management so that I could buy in and ride their enthusiasm (hype). It takes nothing more than more words from FNTN to get them really excited.
