Ocwen Asset Investment Corp. Rated New 'Buy' at Stifel Nicolaus For your information, while this company is "smart," they have continued to miss the boat on all mortgage REITs. They have continued to rate many as "buys" and have thus ignored the market's reaction to high-risk lending, declinations in interest rates, etc. I take there recommendations with a grain of salt.
