Well, somebody besides us thinks this company is worth a few bucks. The buyout is for one Unit, consisting of on share IGHS + two different warrants. Well, one share of IGHS is worth 2 3/8 right now. Looks like GBIT is an absolute steal here at 1 1/16 if somebody is already offering over 2 3/8 for it. Will be interesting if the board votes to sell or not. Either way, we should get some awfully nice appreciation out of this...
