does anyone really think the sell-off in Japan was Japanese (nationals) related? how about "foreigners" prompting the sell-off? a pressure move, if you will. Japan said they would introduce bank reform. bank reform is Japan's own "clinton crisis". you sell before its introduction and buy back after.
