Ken, I know there is a URL, but I don't have it. Hope somebody else can help you. I just use Barron's discounts once a week, as these tend to be buy while there is blood in the streets situations and they are not trade issues. When I've narrowed my list, I call the funds and check out the latest discount/premium, if they are smart enough to calculate one every day. Most aren't.

The CEF market is just loaded with my favorite situations right now, double discounts. The markets are way down and the funds themselves are selling at discounts. And it is across the board, with the exception of large cap US stock funds, which have discounts, but the market is still bloated.

Asia, Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Biotech, Oil, and even a few domestic off the wall diversified funds are dirt cheap. The domestic diversifieds I think are worth a look include two that have been major winners for me in the past: Royce Micro Cap and Central Securities. Both are well managed funds and have had a lousy year. I have not bought them yet, but at a new low, I'll have to give them the hairy eyeball.
