UAE jet orders are old news. Can't find original announcement, but see for example Tuesday September 8 Company Press Release Title: Lockheed Martin Block 40/42 F-16s Receive Infusion of New Technologies Excerpt near end of story: "The UAE recently announced selection of the Block 60 F-16, and these aircraft will be delivered between 2002-2004." biz.yahoo.com I suspect recent price performance is just LMT continuing to track the Dow.
