SS I, for one & as a minor IDCN stock holder, see nothing wrong with you communicating with a principle of the company. As long as nothing illegal is happening (insider info, etc.), and the time taken to communicate is not preventing the principle from taking care of his responsibilities at the company (any good manager or officer would not allow this to happen), then I think this is just a case of good stock holder's relations. As a lurker with very little time to do my own DD, I truly appreciate the availability of information that you have been providing. As with all publicly accessible information, I do not take it as gospel, but it does help me a lot. Thanks Dave D
