TSATA: CANAL + Rumer has it, Murdoch, in his European travels, has attracted interest from France's largest pay TV provider Canal +. The report from SkyReport suggests Canal + would become a strategic and financial partner. This makes a lot of sense given Murdoch is in Europe right now making deals with Silvio Berlusconi. As reported yesterday by Kathryn Harris, "In a war of attrition, Murdoch usually wins."
