Giovanni and All, Jerry Wenger again mentioned ENZ on his radio show here in New York tonight (Friday). He said he is not consulting for the company, but does own quite some stock and hasn't sold. The reason is that he has heard (continues to hear !!!) through his contacts that ENZ is scheduling a special shareholders meeting, I think 13-17 January. An announcement will probably be made before then, presumably regarding the acquisition. (Well, I sure hope so -- or why call a shareholders meeting ?? !!!). Maybe this thing will go through yet.
