It is contemplated that the Units will be publicly traded as a separate security ...

This part of the PR has to be addressed first. Has anyone called the company to get additional information as to when the units will be traded; also, how will they be traded. It seems the company made it very difficult to understand the buyout terms and how the terms will exactly work. The buyout is a great opportunity for share holders of GBIT, if the units can be traded in the same manner as stock. The company has not clarified this issue. If the units can indeed be traded like shares of stock, then GBIT should be trading 2 to 2.25 dollars per share(based on IGHS current price of 2.5 dollars per share; and excluding the warrants).
