There's a new 8-k filing as of yesterday at Freeedgar. I'm confused by a lot of it. Let me know what you think! www1.freeedgar.com Then search for "terra" The third one listed is the one. click "company profiles" Then click on the 8-k listing and finally click 'body' in frame on the left. Then read. I'm concerned that they are giving the company away for a cash infusion. Supposedly to acquire more companies, etc. But... Well, I would value other opinions. Stay in the Black! jimS
