Michael,

For the moment, I am not in Kinshasa. I am away on some business. As for Kinshasa, it is slowly getting back on track. Business is at a stand-still (very few buyers for all goods). Electricity is back, and the airport is open. Some major foreign airline companies will start soon. Sabena (belgium) should have already started this week, South African Airways is scheduled to recommence its flights on Saturday or Tuesday. The main road coming from Matadi is now open, so hopefully some goods will be flowing in. As for the questions regarding the stock, here are your answers in order:

1. All decisions are up to his own discretion.

2. In a time of war, what is necessary must be taken care of.

3. It depends on their need for a good relationship with the government.

Remember, these answers are just my views.
