I saw it this morning...almost bit at $1...but let it go. Sounds like the POKR/AVIA deal. How much confidence do you have in Integrated's share price?...could be a decent short term play...

GBIT should be over $2 by now...?

RESTON, Va., Sept 17 (Reuters) - Hospital software provider
Integrated Healthcare Systems Inc. said Thursday it has offered
to buy computer hardware maker Global Intellicom Inc (Nasdaq:GBIT - news). in a stock swap.

Under the offer, each Global common stock or stock equivalent shareholder will receive one share of Integrated, plus two warrants: a Class A warrant to buy one share of Integrated for $3 exercisable for one year and a class B warrant good for one share of Integrated at $5 exercisable for two years, the company said in a statement.

Integrated was trading a 2-3/8 Thursday. Global was at 1. The offer is subject to the approval by both boards and that Integrated receives at least a majority of Global's outstanding shares. Global had nearly 8 million shares outstanding, according to S&P MarketScope.

If Integrated's stock price goes above 20 percent of the warrant for five consecutive days, the company retains the right to call the warrants for $0.10 for the following 30 days.
