Dear Mr. Aronson
I am awaiting your reply to my letter of September 10, 1998. At this time I would like to know the status of a letter (Proxy Statement) sent to you by Gary Green, Esq, putting the Board of Directors on notice of a duty to investigate the worthiness and qualifications of Dan Del Fiorno, SR. and Dan DelGiorno Jr. as well as the rationale of their exorbitant salaries (considering the company has never has a profitable year.) I join in Mr. Green's request and would hope that your company issue a statement to the shareholders of the results of an independent company's professional advice as to the qualification and worthiness of the above two referenced individuals to serve as officers of the corporation. It has been several months since Mr. Green's letter, and no results have been made public.
