Scott, at this moment the market makers will buy GPGI from you for $0.42 and sell it to you for $0.45. If you are trying to buy GPGI you need to offer $0.45 to insure you get filled. You could try a lesser amount, like $0.44, but I don't think you will get it at the price you are offering unless there is selling that moves both the bid/ask down.
