Timing? Ha! I laugh at your bad timing. I mock your bad timing. No bad timer you. My last purchase was at $27 and change when the Dow was at 8800 in June. Now THAT'S bad timing.

Yes, if the dividend climbs any higher, we will become the darling of equity-income funds! Our main shareholders will have blue hair and walkers and wait by the mailbox for that dividend check every quarter.
