This may sound off the wall - what are the chances, besides 0, that the following could occur:

Reverse the reverse splits - go back to 70 for 1, and trade this thing at .007 cents.

Go even further and reverse out the 12 for 1 and (840 multiple) and start to trade this thing at .0005 cents.

I know it will never happen, since management doesn't like to be reminded that 99.9% of early USXP investor's money is gone.

I would probably buy more USXP at these prices, since the bottom couldn't be much lower, but at 50 cents, I see a 49 cent downside. The percentages work the same. USXP could actually be a cheap investment if you call for your certs. Since most of them have probably been freshly minted, one could wallpaper an entire room for about $1.50 with crisp USXP shares. A house could be renovated for $7.00.

Summary - no one will buy at 50 cents - it is psychologically damaging to buy USXP at that price, given the history. I'd double my position at .007 cents, though. Where could it go but to $0. USXP has a knack for staying afloat, just not showing a return for investors.

Best Regards,

BK
