I plan to vote with management's recommendations this time.
In my opinion it is too soon to cut back on the company's ability to do private placements. As soon as cash begins to flow, then we can borrow money if necessary. One thing that needs to be remembered is that Anvil has no debt. It is worth a little stock dilution to stay out of debt until there is cash flow. I am sure if anyone is interested in participating in a private placement Anvil would be glad to provide them with information on how to do it.
In the unlikely event that cash flow begins and the price of the stock remains low, the company can always buy back stock.
Rember, Anvil gets back 125% of their costs before the cash flow from the gas sales are divided up.
