Rubin, obviously, is pro-IMF. Greenspan has his doubts, it seems. Who gets the final say between the two of them? I'm not sure who I side with. The arguments for and against the IMF are sharp and strong. But on a selfish level, I hope Rubin gets his way just 'cause I have this little position in Telebras.
