Traditional market wisdom advises to "buy on rumor, sell on news". The market had anticipated that Pfizer would get EU approval for Viagra, and it was already accounted for in the price. The announcement created an opportunity to sell into a market price propped up by newly informed enthusiasts. I don't expect Pfizer will move up steadily until earnings reflect sales to those new markets. imho, Frank
