You have done this to me once. Don't give me the court number, post the facts. Normally it is up to the company to release complete and factual information that will not give rise to undue speculation. They have not done so, don't make the same mistake as them. If you are a shareholder you want this company and stock to succeed. Do yourself a favor and do what is right: Tell the shareholders what is really going on. Don't read a meaningless news release and try to understand what it really means, you will drive yourself crazy. Help your fellow investors. Tell the truth, don't speculate, post only verified information and guess what, when you do I bet you your relationship with participants on this thread will improve.
