All,

GBIT and IGHS should both do well. This is amazing news for both. The insiders in this deal feel that IGHS is the one to mostly buy here. They want to continue to run IGHS up slowly each day and buy the dips. The thinking is that they (IGHS) are immediately benefitting most here by getting on NASDAQ (and probably Amex soon) via a new company.

Even though IGHS made an offer to GBIT, GBIT being the NASDAQ entity, is actually buying IGHS, so IGHS is really the more immediate play. That's the thinking. I am buying some of each.

The shorts will not have much time to cover in either stock, since their will be a name change, retiring of GBIT convertibles, etc.

Most don't know much about IGHS but that stock rises much faster on lower volume than GBIT. You might want to pick some up of both stocks, at least on dips.

DO your DD completely....but I feel when people understand what is really going on here, shareholders will be in fat city.
