Here's an earlybird edition of Mark Johnson's IFC newsletter - and he notes Al Frank at the Prudent Speculator likes semiconductor equipment stocks - does not mention FSII but what the heck - techstocks.com The Prudent Speculator guys are real sharp - and Al Frank's investment book by the same name (The Prudent Speculator) is one of the best around IMO.
