Intersant! What is driving the price is an undervalued credible player in an aquisition market. Couple that with a strong indication of a good qtr and you have some upward pressure. Now comes the real need for a trends and intentions player, will Craig sell? and at what price? Any of the buyers mentioned (and one that has not) have the ability to pay way beyond the 20 to 25 that is bouncing about. The definition of value by CS and the perception and sense of urgency on the buyer will determine the sale price....nothing else. As the contraints on Lucents stock deals and the pressure for consolidation increase so should the share price until there is an annoucement. Good hunting all, Alphonse
