Richard all should be put on hold I think until Mr. Greenspan has a chance to air his thoughts with the G7 G20 or whatever. Right now the IMF should sit back reorganize and food etc i am sure can come from us and others surplus. We get ourselves in deeper and deeper it has to be thought out and we must proceed slowly before we hurt ourselves beyond band aid, that offers no fix.
