<< I'd like to know how many people are dishonest when they feel they can get away with it>> If you had asked how many people would lie under oath and participate in a cover up, if they thought they could get away with it, I would probably agree somewhat to the relevance. You would probably get the same answer, too. However, we are not public officials and we do not live in goldfish bowls. We would probably consider the liklihood of getting caught to be much higher than does the President, and would therefore be less likely to commit the crime. Another way to look at this - let's assume this lying behavior is typical of a large portion of Americans. Is that okay? Shouldn't we be doing everything we can to change that? Isn't the leadership (I include Congress here)of this country a good place to start? If we continue to accept this sort of behavior, I don't believe we will be living in a free nation 25 years from now.
