If I may interrupt here, (to the chagrin of those who oppose my "name calling" of a duck when one hears quacking), the best strategy in dealing with morons in these here SI threads is to ignoring them.
They like to pontificate opinions and make their standards obligatory to us mere mortals, in addition, they love to "read between the lines" and suddenly print statements (in their own zealous mind), and imply, (even say), that one made such statements. In their eyes, that makes it a fact.
They think that us, (again, mere mortals), can not see through their self-imagined veil of safety, that the real truth is, their own agenda coupled to a screwed up, twisted and erroneous thinking. (ah! do not forget their pontificating style as well).
As for me.... I am another mere mortal, expressing my own view, and as for idiots, yes I like to upset them from time to time and at my own pace, when appropriate, I simply ignore them.
To make this "on topic", yes I agree this threads should be to research and share information about LU, good or bad, however, whatever is posted, should be backed up with a theory, news, and/or facts, the rest is caca, and as such it should be identified properly
If one allows rubbish to be posted freely, such reduces the quality of the place more so than calling a duck what it is.
