Darleen, Winter in Russia(as here in Colorado) is very near. I do not wish to se any starving people in Russia. Mr.s Greenspan & Rubin yesterday, almost begged for IMF funding. I do not think anything can do any good at this point with more dollars to the IMF, but when this thing does fall off the track, I'd hate to have said no more money for wheel grease. It would be political suicide to have been on record against IMF funding (if funding were withheld) when failure came. rh
