I have been in the stock since Jul 1993, when all the hype of the Mexico deal did not happen because the government did not sign the company. I have been adding every time the stock goes on sell ($3.50 and $3.25). I have a nice position now. We will get out of the doldrums (less the the FCC and NFL contract) when the company can report increase earnings from one qtr to the next qtr. If a person traded this stock, they could of made money. I have always indicated that it was a roller coaster ride in this stock. 1997 should be the year were it shows that it can earn money and be profitable in each qtr. The starting point will be the 1st Qtr of next year which is the weakest and then the 2nd Qtr will be the confirmation that Jerry's Plan is working.

Lets hope that the NFL contract is signed by the time the Supper Bowl
is played. I am only spectulating here, since this new contract is to be much broader then the old one and extensions, I would like to see NTN be allowed to have QB1 available for "pay to play" in each NFL stadium. NTN would sell/lease the Playmakers to each Team and get a percentage of the gross/net. The one drawback is the security and accountablity of the Playmakers.

A 200,000 share block traded at $4.00.
