even based on these conservative estimates, CIEN should be at around 35$. This assuming around 30 PE for networking hightech which is not unusual FURM decreased from $1.75 to $1.15 on 08/25/98 CIEN: NATNBK MONT.SEC decreased estimate for fiscal year ending 10/99 from $1.43 to $1.12 on 09/11/98
