Mr. $tarpopper

No argument here on the value of MRVC and its products/R&D/engineering capabilities. I own it south of $18 but do not claim to trade it (successfully) as you do.

I plan on owning MRVC for the long haul as I think its terribly oversold and the pummeling is somewhat unjustified.

For the very reasons you mentioned --- accounting research & management --- as well as the poison pill just approved by the BOD of MRVC, CS will not touch it. I wish they would but do not see it happening. Instead, I think CS has completed the "acquisition phase" of the overall buyout plan of CS and now its time for execution of phase II; that being the cutting of costs (Digital & other acquisitions) and new product rollout. The market has responded positively (SAP response and others) so the litmus test has been passed.

I have some fairly extensive experience in this arena and I understand the "checklist" that CS is adhering to.

We all win if CS is bought out, yet there is no time for any further delays (acquisitions). This deal is in the mid to final stages and with LU on the horizon next month, there is a need to get it accomplished ASAP.

LU will NOT buy CS.

Thanks,
Teflon

p.s., for those legal beegals out there, I have NO first hand knowledge of anything that CS or its management may or may not be doing.
