Alan, Thanks for the info, just what I was looking for. All of your assumptions were correct (options, inets..). Got rid of most of my inet puts today (LCOS and YHOO which I bought at the end of day yesterday). Still have a couple of positions that I think are worth holding into Oct (or at least not worth selling:-). I've done well in the inets this past month getting the feel for the cycles, but I missed today's (I thought they would tank today with the market). Tom
