William: Alex. Brown started coverage on QTNM with a buy rating, SEG with a strong buy rating, and WDC with a market perform rating. They seem to like the big 3 DD makers. That being said , what does it mean? While I don't put much confidence in analysts ratings all 3 are doing better than down market today. All 3 are fractionally up or down 1% to 2% depending on when you look at the quotes. While my analysis would indicate a sell for SEG here, I need to look again before I execute a trade. It would be much easier if the analysts would back up their ever changing recommendations with some reason and fact, but that will never happen. I am impressed with SEG's performance today. Rap
