A minor correction... From your message: It was I that contacted SI Bob and got his TERMINATION changed to a suspension. That implies that I'll take action or change an action because someone tells me I should. That's not the case. I do so when I think I should. Though you had contacted me and I did tell you that I'd reduced his termination to a suspension, I did so about two hours before you wrote your message to me, according to the admin notes.
