Tee, hee, soup, you are now a "go-getting salesman!" businessweek.com A reader in Hawaii said Apple was quite decent when her monitor failed after six years, undercharging her for a new one because a part needed to repair the old one had gone out of production. And a go-getting salesman from a Mac-only repair shop in Manhattan cold-called me to see if he could get the job. I told him it was too late this time around, but I admired his effort.
