Youlu - That was a pretty irresponsible post - I have a very hard time believing you. First of all, PMC has virtually no direct competition with VTSS. PMC does NOT have plans to scale up to the OC-48 level. Too small a market at this time. Second, regarding 3COM, I have not seen any evidence to support such an assertion. Tell me which specific chips you are talking about and in what products have they been designed? If Intel buys 3COM, they're stock would get cut in half. Thats all they need is to get into the billion dollar commodity NIC and 56K modem market. I can't believe Grove/Barrett would be that stupid. Bulldozer
