Lisa of AFLX called me. She indicated AFLX had 20 mill line of credit available of 50 mill and had used 30 mill. This was confusing to me. The LOC should be A/R related financing and 30 mill is too large based on about 75 to 80% of AR which would be credit limit. AFLX also has a term loan I thought which has been increased 5 mill to35 mill. I am guessing they have 15 A/R LOC avail and 5 mill term loan of the 35 still avail. I don't think this is an insolvency situation and can't understand stock action. Short selling at such a low price makes no sense to me. The shorts you would think would be covering. Earnings will be announced around OCT 21. I think we will end up with a "big bagger" on this one but will have to wait a year.I have switched 1/2 my SFLX into this stock and have my fingers crossed. It is beginning to remind my of my old Casino days with these stocks and market gyrations.
