I find CIEN hard to pass up at $12 for a long investment, but would now be the best time to buy, or wait until after the end of year for tax sell offs to drive the price even lower? Although I guess by waiting I run the risk of CSCO coming in and buying them out for $25 and being out of luck. Any suggestions?
