I would think we probably have 200,000 shares on this thread among the posting members. Plus we have the moral strength in numbers of shareholders. The Board cannot ignore large numbers of shareholders even if they can't match Noorda's holdings.

There are enough small investors out there that would get behind having a representative of their interests on the Board. If they knew (after all this is the Internet!) that we had a plan to nominate a Board member to represent us, and had certain defined objectives and actions for that Board member to take, why wouldn't they instead of giving management their proxies!

That would be an Internet first.
