Y'know Paul, more and more I think about it, the more I believe the problem IS with the board (minus Young). Especially if you look at who's left on the board: The Board of Directors of Novell consists of: Elaine R. Bond Hans-Werner Hector Jack L. Messman Larry W. Sonsini Ian R. Wilson ================================== John A. Young (Also Serving as CEO) So there is only 5 members. Impress the board? Maybe, like you said (or someone?) upthread, given the chance Marengi would dump the board and replace it? I dunno. I see a couple of people on that board that .... er...
