I want to say something about this "higher highs and lower lows" that bulls keep hanging their hats on. That's fine to say until you get that lower low. Take a look at the chart of the Hong Kong crash last yr. They had a period from Sept 1st to mid Oct w/ higher highs and higher lows... UNTIL THEY DUMPED. That's how flags in downtrends work. Low volume accompanies them also... which we've had.
